HSE Coordinator: Risk, Compliance & Training

Leonardo UK is seeking an HSE Coordinator to deliver Health, Safety & Environment support across Basildon and Southampton sites. You will work within the Leonardo UK HSE Management System, supporting risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety communications.

You will coordinate PPE management, auditing, and HSE reporting, liaising with site managers to promote safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement.
