Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic HSE policies and management systems aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations for all operational activities.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees and contractors, fostering a proactive safety culture.
• Monitor and audit HSE performance, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage environmental protection programs, including waste management and emissions control.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on HSE matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HSE management, preferably within the energy sector .
• Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HSE programs and reducing incident rates.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills to drive cultural change remotely.
