HSE Manager – Food Manufacturing | 5% Bonus, Mon–Fri

Winsearch on behalf of a food manufacturing client seeks a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager for a Burton upon Trent site. You will lead the HSE strategy, drive compliance with HASAWA, COSHH and RIDDOR, and partner with operations to raise safety standards across the site.

The role requires NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) with NEBOSH Diploma desirable, IOSH membership, and strong leadership in a food manufacturing environment.
