About you
- Minimum of 7+ years post-qualified experience gained in consulting or corporate role
- Strong expertise in organisational design, change management, and HR strategy
- Proven track record in managing large-scale change programmes and operating model design
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, and Prosci (desirable)
- Degree educated with strong analytical and project management abilities
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with HR technology / ERP systems (preferred)
What you'll do
- Lead and deliver complex HR and organisational change projects, ensuring strategic alignment
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and project budgets to achieve high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop innovative solutions and drive transformation initiatives
- Engage with diverse stakeholders across sectors, fostering strong relationships
- Contribute to practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing
- Support the design and delivery of HR operating models, workforce planning, and culture reviews
