We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and teams across a range of HR activities in a fully remote UK-based role.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Partner with managers and stakeholders on day-to-day HR matters.

• Provide practical guidance on employee relations and people-related issues.

• Support workforce planning, organisational development and change initiatives.

• Assist managers with performance management and employee development.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.

• Help ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently.

• Analyse people-related information and identify trends or areas for improvement.

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and confidential HR documentation.

• Work collaboratively with teams to support wider business and people objectives.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• Previous experience within HR, people operations or HR business partnering.

• Strong knowledge of practical HR processes and employee relations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to understand business priorities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Comfortable working effectively in a remote environment.
