About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR for their operations in Bristol . You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development. This is a key leadership role requiring a proactive approach, strong understanding of employment law, and the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. You will be instrumental in supporting the company's growth and ensuring a motivated and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives across the organization.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations in the UK.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
