This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values its people and is investing in the development of its HR function. You’ll work closely with employees and managers, providing practical advice while helping to improve processes, strengthen engagement and create a positive working environment.

Support wider people and culture projects
Promote an inclusive, engaged and high-performing workplace

Previous experience in an HR Officer, HR Advisor or similar generalist role
A good understanding of HR processes and current employment legislation
Confidence supporting managers with employee matters
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
A proactive and approachable working style
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
A CIPD qualification, or progress towards one, would be welcomed
Experience within manufacturing, engineering or a similar environment would be advantageous but is not essential

This is a varied and rewarding opportunity within a growing organisation where your contribution will be valued. You’ll be able to develop your HR experience, introduce new ideas and play an important role in supporting both the people and the future of the business.
