Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems Finding and fixing faults Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels Installing HVAC components Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely Providing technical support to engineers on site Working Pattern Monday to Friday (40-hour week) 08:00am 17:00pm Package Up to £45,000 per annum Overtime available 25 days holiday + BH Company Pension

Requirements

Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration F - Gas 2079 A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS Not necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs. xehkeey Please email your CV to Fin Haveringof CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the opportunity.
