Job Description
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVACEngineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a HVACEngineer who wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theHVACEngineer, you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheHVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Carry out PlannedPreventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring that SHE standards are maintained and liaising with engineers and subcontractors, with a proactive approach to client liaison.
- Ensure compliancewith and enforcement of existing business risk management procedures for maintenance and project works, completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
Investigate and report in detail on infrastructure shortfalls, problems, and incidents, recommending options for remedial actions. - Complywith company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and localised fire regulation procedures, including participation in weekend working, shift rota patterns, and out-of-hours call-out functions.
To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:
- Possess one of the following:Apprenticeship or equivalent, IOSH or equivalent, C&G/BTEC Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering
- Previous relevant experience in providing electricalmaintenance services in a large, complex environment.
- Basic tointermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in updating records
