HVAC Installation Engineer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a skilled HVAC Installation Engineer to join their expanding team in Milton Keynes . You will be responsible for the professional installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for a diverse range of commercial and domestic clients. This role involves site visits, system setup, testing, and ensuring all installations meet stringent quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses excellent technical abilities, a customer-focused approach, and the flexibility to work both on-site and from a home base, coordinating effectively with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC systems , including ductwork, refrigerants, and control panels.
• Perform system testing, balancing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure all installations comply with building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide handover support and basic operational training to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installation Engineer or similar.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., F-Gas) and a strong understanding of HVAC principles.
• Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and pipe fitting.
• Ability to work independently on-site and manage project timelines effectively.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• A valid UK driving license is essential for site travel.
