About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Engineer to join their expanding operations in Leeds . This critical role involves the professional installation and setup of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a range of commercial and domestic properties. You will be responsible for ensuring all installations are compliant with building regulations and industry standards, delivering optimal performance and energy efficiency for our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test new HVAC systems according to design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on existing installations to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Provide advice and support to clients on system operation and maintenance best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on installation.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC engineering or a related trade.
• Proficiency in using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment for HVAC systems.
• Understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and ductwork systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• A full UK driving license is required for travel to various sites in and around Leeds .
