About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Installation Technician to join their expanding team in Coventry . You will be responsible for the physical installation, initial setup, and ensuring all systems function according to design specifications and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Install various types of HVAC equipment, including boilers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
• Read and interpret building plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
• Connect ductwork, piping, and electrical components according to specifications.
• Perform system testing and balancing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Ensure all installations comply with current building regulations and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation-related issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar installation role.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation.
• Understanding of HVAC principles and system diagnostics.
• Ability to work from ladders and in confined spaces.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• A relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship completion is highly desirable.
