About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installation Technician to join their growing team in Coventry . This hands-on role involves the precise installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial properties across the West Midlands region. You will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure installations meet high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ventilation units, and associated ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure correct installation procedures.
• Perform system diagnostics, identify faults, and implement necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Ensure all installations comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Provide clear explanations to clients regarding system operation, maintenance, and any encountered issues.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and control systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., F-Gas) are essential for this role.
