About the Role

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced HVAC Installation Technician to join their expanding operations in Birmingham . This role involves the installation and initial setup of state-of-the-art heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for commercial and residential properties. You will work closely with project managers and clients to ensure installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure various HVAC systems, including ductwork, controls, and refrigeration components.
• Read and interpret blueprints , schematics, and technical drawings for installation planning.
• Perform system testing, balancing, and commissioning to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair installation-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations during all installation processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as an HVAC Technician with a focus on installation.
• Solid knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles.
• Familiarity with different types of HVAC equipment and installation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., F-Gas) and a full UK driving license are essential.
