Job Description
Operations Management
- Lead a team of HVAC technicians and maintenance staff.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees to improve technical skills and performance.
Technical Oversight
- Manage HVAC and gas systems maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical guidance.
- Implement energy-efficient practices and sustainability measures.
Budget & Resource Control
- Prepare quotes, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Track costs and optimize operational efficiency.
Client & Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with service delivery.
- Communicate clearly about maintenance schedules, system performance, and project updates.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, and compliance certifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
- Leadership Skills : Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster professional growth.
- Organizational Skills : Skilled in scheduling, resource allocation, and project management.
- Communication : Clear and professional interaction with clients, contractors, and staff.
- Problem-Solving : Quick decision-making to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Certifications : HVAC qualifications, safety training, and possibly gas/electrical certifications depending on region.
