HVAC Multi-Skilled Engineer – BMS, VRV/VRF & On-Call

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Gateshead is seeking an experienced HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join our facilities team. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services, ensuring reliability and compliant operations.

Key duties include fault-finding on VRV/VRF systems, managing risk assessments, liaising with the client, supervising contractors and supporting safety initiatives such as Energy and Safety Champions.
