Hybrid Adult Social Worker - Care Act & Case Management

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join a Neighbourhood Team. The role requires a recognised Social Work qualification and at least two years post-qualification experience, with hybrid working and a rolling contract on offer.

The team provides long-term support, care planning, and safeguarding work for adults 18+. A driving licence is a plus but not essential. £32 per hour PAYE options available, with strong transport links nearby.
