Hybrid Adult Social Worker – Learning Disabilities

Bracknell Forest Council is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join the Community Team for People with Learning Disabilities (CPTLD) in Bracknell.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and support service users and carers with a strengths-based, person-centred approach, ensuring safeguarding and legal compliance.

Hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office at Time Square, Bracknell, RG12 1JD.
