Hybrid Assessment Centre Coordinator — Customer Support

Maximus is a global organisation delivering health and employment services in the UK. The Customer Service Representative will coordinate daily assessments, manage appointment sessions, and greet customers across in-person, telephone, or video channels to ensure smooth operations.

The role is hybrid, based between home and our Salford office with weekly travel to the office. You will support colleagues, maintain records, and perform general administrative duties while upholding Maximus values
