Hybrid Assistant Investment Manager – Property Lending

Blackfinch Group in Gloucestershire is seeking an Assistant Investment Manager to join the Property Investment team. The role is hybrid, with at least two days per week in the Elkstone offices, and involves stepping into Analyst and Manager duties on a range of property lending opportunities.

You will work with the investment, finance and legal teams, develop financial models, draft terms, monitor loan performance and support business development while upholding risk controls.
