Hybrid Bid Engineer – Aerospace Product Development

Roxel UK is seeking a permanent Product Development Bid Engineer to scope and compile key aspects of new rocket motor development and production programmes, supporting customer enquiries and maturing bid tools, templates and systems for faster, more robust bids.

The role is split between creating bids for new engineering programmes and developing bid and product development processes, working with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and documentation.
