Hybrid Bid Manager – Lead Winning Proposals

The Mount Charles Group is seeking an ambitious Bid Manager to support its growing operations in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You will work from our Belfast office two to three days per week with additional flexibility to work from home.

You will manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, coordinate virtual bid teams, contribute to proposal writing, and ensure deadlines are met while engaging with senior stakeholders.
