Hybrid Block Property Manager – Social Housing

Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio based in the South of London, with some properties in Liverpool and Stoke-on-Trent. The role suits those with block management or social housing background looking to advance in block property management.

Hours are Monday to Friday with 1 day in the office, 3 days at home and 1 day on sites. Salary range £35,000–£45,000 plus a car allowance of £4,500; fuel and parking during visits are paid.
