Hybrid Building Safety Manager: Fire & HRB Risk Lead

Grosvenor Group is seeking a Building Safety Manager to lead fire and structural safety oversight across the London Estate, including HRBs. You will manage Safety Case development, regulatory compliance, and continuous safety improvements with internal teams, managers, and regulators.

The role focuses on building safety governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring residents’ safety while maintaining a robust safety management system across ~170 multi-occupied buildings.
