Hybrid Cancer Social Worker – Children & Young People

You will be part of the London & South East Team at Young Lives vs Cancer, delivering high quality social work support to children and young people diagnosed with cancer. The role is hybrid, with a contractual base at home and Great Ormond Street Hospital, working within an established NHS multidisciplinary team.

We welcome applicants with a recognised Social Worker qualification and current registration, plus demonstrable post-qualifying experience with children and families.
