Hybrid Compliance Officer – Housing Licensing

Manchester City Council is seeking a Compliance Support Officer for the Housing Compliance & Enforcement Team. The role focuses on private rented sector licensing, processing applications and delivering frontline compliance guidance to landlords and agents.

The successful candidate will provide accurate technical advice, use SAP, Academy, REASON, Experian and Flare, and work within a team offering hybrid working arrangements. Informal discussions can be arranged with the team.
