Hybrid: Control Account Manager, Reactor Engineering

Rolls-Royce Derby is seeking a Control Account Manager for Reactor Engineering within the Submarines business. The role oversees the delivery of complex control accounts, leading planners, project engineers and MRP specialists while ensuring budget, schedule and performance targets are met.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, collaborate with programme leadership, and drive process improvements across the CADMID cycle.
