Hybrid Customer-Centric Contact & Volunteer Scrutiny Officer

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Avon and Somerset is recruiting a Contact and Scrutiny Officer to join its Scrutiny and Assurance Team. Based in Portishead with hybrid working, you will manage PCC enquiries and correspondence, provide excellent customer service to members of the public, and support the administration and coordination of the OPCC Volunteer Programme.

This varied role requires strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
