Hybrid Customer Operations Lead – End of Tenancy

Flatfair is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in London (hybrid) to lead the End of Tenancy (EOT) operations. You will manage a team of six, oversee caseloads, and drive service levels and case outcomes in a fast-growing rental platform environment.

You'll own day-to-day delivery, monitor performance, and drive improvements across processes, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the operation while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
