Hybrid Customer Support & Technical Advisor

CPM is hiring a Customer Support & Technical Advisor in Stokenchurch on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days at home). The role offers £25,235 base salary with a bonus potential up to £1,000 per year and 37.5 hours per week.

You will support customers, diagnose technical issues remotely, and work with engineers to develop technical expertise. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, enjoy helping people, and be comfortable in fast-paced environments.
