Hybrid Debt Advisor: Budgeting & Client Support

StepChange Debt Charity in Glasgow is seeking a Debt Advisor to support clients through sensitive conversations, building trust and guiding them to practical debt solutions. You’ll gather financial information, create realistic budgets and provide clear recommendations over phone and web-based services.

You’ll work with clients across the UK in a hybrid role, with full training provided. No prior debt-advice experience is required; your communication and problem-solving skills are key.
