Hybrid: Domestic Retrofit Programme Lead

Repowering London is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate to manage the domestic retrofit programme. The role leads the domestic retrofit team to deliver on existing projects and works with the Community Retrofit Director to shape a sustainable delivery model.

The position is full-time with a 3-month probation. It requires office presence at Brixton with an option for partial home working; at least 3 days per week in the office, with remote support available if needed.
