Hybrid Employee Relations Advisor

Liverpool City Council is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional. You will provide expert HR policy guidance and manage a range of employee relations cases in line with legislation and council policies.

2 days in the office and 3 days remote, with travel to appointments as required. The role involves standing up to complex casework, supporting projects, and delivering high standards of customer service and data reporting.
