Hybrid Fashion Retail Support Advisor (Inbound)

Concentrix in Belfast is hiring a Customer Support Advisor for a full-time, permanent role. You will address customer inquiries via social media and email, handling issues from order problems to payments, cancellations, and product availability.

The position is hybrid with 2 days in the Belfast office and 3 days at home, on a 40-hour weekly rotation, with shifts between 8am and 12am. A minimum of six months of customer service experience is mandatory.
