Hybrid Field IT Engineer - 2nd Line MSP Support

context recruitment is seeking a Field Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer in Buckinghamshire (Aylesbury Area). The role is hybrid & field-based, combining remote service-desk support with on-site engineering across Aylesbury, Thame, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, with travel to London once per month.

You will provide 2nd line technical support, troubleshoot Windows devices, manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and work with Azure/cloud tech and network fundamentals.
