Hybrid Finance Business Partner: Retail Growth & Insight

Poundland & Dealz in Walsall is hiring a Finance Business Partner to partner with the commercial team and translate financial information into actionable insights. You will challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and lead budgeting, forecasting and planning for your areas of responsibility.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, with ACCA/CIMA considered a plus. A hybrid work arrangement is offered, with initial office-based collaboration and ongoing flexibility.
