Hybrid Finance Business Partner — Strategy, P&L & Growth

Santander UK is seeking a Finance Business Partner based in Milton Keynes to support Everyday Banking & Homes Finance. You will partner with business areas, forecast P&L impacts, and deliver management and advisory services to ensure profitability and growth.

You’ll be the primary contact for month-end, budgeting and multi-year planning, building strong relationships with senior managers and driving integrated financial planning. Hybrid working pattern with office attendance required.
