Hybrid Finance Transformation Change Manager

Hiscox Underwriting Group Services Ltd (HUGS) in London seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead adoption of new processes and technologies within the Finance Transformation program. You will collaborate with the Change Lead, Comms Lead, and senior stakeholders.

You will map stakeholders, plan communications, develop adoption and readiness activities, and ensure effective training to embed change across finance teams. This is a fixed-term 12-month assignment offering hybrid working.
