Hybrid HR Generalist & Change Lead (12-Month Contract)

Thorntons Law LLP in Dundee is seeking an experienced HR Consultant on a fixed-term 12-month contract. You will support the People function across Talent Acquisition, Reward & Policy, and HRIS implementation, delivering practical HR advice and change initiatives.

You’ll build strong relationships quickly, work with the Chief People Officer and leadership team, and help shape policy and people practices during a dynamic period of development.
