Hybrid IT Helpdesk Analyst (UK)

Holman UK is seeking an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT Services team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. You will provide on-site IT support across multiple locations, resolve hardware and software issues, and manage help desk tickets with a focus on customer service and SLAs.

The role requires a degree or NVQ 3 in IT (or equivalent), experience with desktop apps, and familiarity with ServiceNow, Intune, and GDPR.
