Hoople Group in Hereford is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Service Desk on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role involves logging customer IT queries and faults via phone, email and e-form, and delivering 1st line resolution to keep operations running smoothly for 7,000+ users.

You’ll work in a collaborative team, using enterprise IT tools and infrastructure, with a strong focus on customer service and effective IT support in a busy public/private sector environment.
