Hybrid IT Service Trainee – Pension Fund

West Midlands Pension Fund in Wolverhampton is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to join our Systems team, offering hands-on exposure to IT Service Delivery, IT asset handling, business analysis, cyber assurance and automation initiatives. The program includes formal IT qualifications to support growth.

You will build IT, technical, business and personal skills in a supportive environment within our Operations Service area, with a hybrid work pattern combining in-office and remote days.
