Hybrid Lead HRBP & Team Coach for Change

Halton Borough Council is seeking an experienced Lead HR Business Partner to guide and develop the HRBP team through a period of change. The role combines strategic and hands-on delivery, advising senior managers and shaping people strategies to improve service delivery.

You will lead the HRBP function, coach managers, manage complex employee relations, and ensure compliant practice across the council. Hybrid working and a 37-hour week are offered with a competitive hourly rate.
