Hybrid Maintenance Manager: Lead Safe, Efficient DC Ops

Tesco UK is seeking a Maintenance Operations Leader to deliver maintenance across our Avonmouth and Magor Distribution Centres. You will lead a team of 10–20 multi-skilled technicians, collaborate with Property, DC Management and external partners, and ensure the site is safe, compliant and performing at its best.

You will drive the Maintenance Pathway, coach the team, manage budgets, and use data to shape long-term strategy while delivering year-on-year improvements.
