Hybrid Occupational Therapist – Adults & Children

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Adults and Children Team in Barking, London. The role offers a hybrid pattern with 3 office days and 2 days home-based, supporting a light caseload of 4 per week to maintain quality care.

You will assess adults and children, carry out moving and handling risk assessments, and produce comprehensive OT reports while collaborating with health, housing, social care and voluntary sectors.
