Forward Role are recruiting for a Performance Marketing Manager on behalf of a fast-growing healthcare/beauty ecommerce brand. The role leads paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok and Google, with ownership from day one.

You'll partner with senior leadership and in-house creatives, testing and scaling campaigns to drive growth in the UK and internationally. Hybrid working with 3 days in the Altrincham office is offered.
