Hybrid Planner — Private Home Extension Projects

Resi, the UK's leading home extension specialist, is hiring a Planner on a 3-month fixed-term basis to manage planning applications and appeals for private residential projects. This role sits in our planning team, with hybrid work and a pro-rated salary of £32,000–£36,000 p/a.

You will prepare submissions, engage with stakeholders, and coordinate with in-house planners to drive decisions while maintaining proactive client communication throughout the process.
