Hybrid Planning Officer — Local Authority (3-Month Contract)

Schools’ Choice is seeking an experienced Planning Officer for an initial 3-month contract with a Local Authority in the Rugby area. The role involves handling a varied caseload of planning applications, appeals, and pre-application enquiries, with hybrid working arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have strong UK planning knowledge, a proven ability to manage cases independently, and experience with appeals and committee reporting. Green Belt exposure is desirable.
