Hybrid Private Client Solicitor – Wills & Estates

Timms Solicitors in the East Midlands is seeking a Private Client solicitor to join our Ashby office, handling wills, probate, estates and powers of attorney for private clients and small businesses.

You will meet clients, take instructions, draft documents, and progress matters from enquiry to conclusion, while ensuring compliance with Lexcel standards and high-quality file management.

The role offers a full-time, hybrid pattern with a mix of office-based work and remote days as required.
