Hybrid Project Manager — Roofing Refurbishment

Roof Management Ltd (trading as RML Roofing Contractor) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead roofing refurbishment projects from pre-start through handover. You will own a portfolio of live sites, typically five to ten at a time, delivering on programme, safety, and margin.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll run end‑to‑end projects, manage the supply chain and site teams, produce programmes and RAMS, liaise with clients, and complete handover packs including O&M
